People who work with them are not ordinary soldiers. This is not even ordinary special forces. This is that consultants themselves and other members of their professional community call “Tier 1”, that is, “First Row”. But that's not all. The super -secret supermen who advised Danger Close not only helped to accurately recreate the purely technical side of the case. Two of them also wrote a story on which the plot of the game is eventually based. Greg bests this best: “When you start talking to them about their work, about what they experienced, the conversation is folding each time at the same scenario. And now, in fact, a conversation with these people who took the most lively participation in the creation of Warfighter and speak about it with great warmth. When the actual author of the script, who wrote it during a combat duty at a hot point, calls Medal of Honor an authentic game, which with the necessary artistic exaggerations, but still very accurately conveys the sensations from the modern war, you somehow immediately believe him.
So Danger Close, apparently, was finally thought out to compete with Call of Duty and Battlefield. The first takes with entertainment, the second tension, and the authors of Warfighter practice the third approach – make a bet on the extremely reliable reconstruction of the atmosphere of real battle. This is still an entertainment product, and not a simulator like ARMA, but created by people who know exactly what they say. Literally – first -hand. Therefore, there is a reason to hope that Warfighter will refresh the genre and bring something new to it.
